What businesses ask before saying yes

Updated August 2026

How do I get a free vending machine for my business?
Request placement and we handle everything else at no cost to you: the machine, delivery, installation, stocking, and ongoing service. Your business provides the floor space and a standard power outlet. There is no lease, no equipment purchase, and no service fee on your side.
How many employees do you need to get a vending machine?
Around 40 people on site is the usual starting point for a snack or drink machine, though foot traffic matters more than headcount. A smaller site with long shifts, limited nearby food, or visitors coming through often outperforms a larger office where everyone leaves at lunch.
Does a vending machine cost the business anything to host?
No. Hosting is free. We own the equipment and carry the cost of stocking and service, so the business takes on no expense and no maintenance responsibility. If a machine ever underperforms, we relocate it rather than leaving dead equipment in your space.
What happens if the vending machine breaks or takes someone's money?
We service it, and refunds come from us, not from your staff. Every machine has contact details on it so an employee can report an issue directly. Your office manager should never become the complaints desk for our equipment.
Can we choose what goes in the machine?
Yes. We build the product mix around your team, including healthier options, specific drinks, or dietary needs, and adjust it based on what actually sells at your location. The mix is reviewed on an ongoing basis rather than set once and forgotten.
How long does it take to get a machine installed?
Usually one to two weeks from approval, depending on the equipment your space needs and your building's access requirements. Installation itself takes under an hour and does not disrupt the workday.
